Bodyworker and Pilates Instructor

Leslie has been working in the health and wellness world for the past 16 years. Her career long career in the healing arts lends itself well to her work as a skilled Pilates Instructor with a trained eye for precision and form.

She is a 2003 Graduate from the Lancaster School of Massage in Lancaster, PA. She went on to continue her education specifically looking at the Fascial System and its correlation to pain and restriction to movement in the body.

A whiplash accident in her own body is what lead her path to Pilates. After seeings the results in her own body, Leslie dove in head first and studied Pilates at The Pilates Center in Boulder CO with the Taylor Sisters . There she learned the Traditional Method of authentic Pilates the way Joesph Pilates originally taught the method.

she continues her educational in both the Bodywork arena and the Pilates Method of Movementt.,
