Private Pilates Lessons
Pilates Private lessons are the single most beneficial thing you can do as a new or seasoned student. Your instructor will be able to give you undivided attention and more tactile cues during these lessons.
Advanced Instructor Rate:

Students must not have any health issues or injuries to be eligible to be taught by an Apprentice at a discounted rate
Duet Lessons
Duet lessons are a great way to get the individualized attention you would in a Private lesson with the added bonus of a slight discount.
This is a fun way for couples or friends to enjoy Pilates together. Often times when there is another person in a class or lesson we push ourselves just a little bit harder. Like Yoga, Pilates is about your personal practice and body. I encourage students to enjoy this 1 hour to focus on themselves.

Group Classes
Bodywise Requires that all NEW students to Bodywise attend 3 private Lessons prior to attending Apparatus classes. This ensures your safety and allows the classes to flow well for all students.
